Vyral is an AI-powered video creation platform designed to help users generate creative video content more efficiently.

At this pre-launch stage:

• You grant us a limited license to process content solely to provide the Service
• We do not claim ownership of your creative outputs

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Vyral uses artificial intelligence to generate creative outputs.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected
• Outputs are provided "as is"
• You are responsible for reviewing content before use or publication
• Vyral does not guarantee performance, accuracy, or commercial results.

7. Payments and Pricing

Some features may become paid in the future.

If applicable:

• Pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled
• Refunds will follow applicable platform policies (Stripe)
